SaaS (Software as a Service) distribution model allows you to get the functionality updates without having to purchase and install a new version. In addition, all data is backed up daily and a computer breakdown will not lead to their loss, just log in on another computer and continue working. You are also not tied to any particular operating system, our software works on any of them, from Windows and OS X to Linux, BSD and Android. All you need is a modern version of the browser and Interner access. The basic functionality of the program is to calculate the optimal sawing patterns based on set line configuration and lumber sizes. The program will select sawing patterns that can be done on the chosen equipment and provide maximum yield or maximum product price. In addition, the software will help you to find the optimal dimensions of raw materials. Log scanners "Vektor"
The prototypes of electronic devices that use the principle of scanning by infrared rays for automatic calculating of the cubic capacity and measuring of the log diameter were developed by the Laboratory of the industrial log depot of SevNIIP in 1989 (Arkhangelsk). The first pre-production model, the prototype of modern infrared scanners, was installed in 1990 at the timber industry enterprise Mitino( the Vologda region) as a part of automatic log sorting control system LT-192I. Log measuring device was successfully tested and approved by the State Commission in series production. All these years device was modernized, the algorithms and element base were improved. Now comes the fifth generation of these measuring devices. They are used at different technological stages of sawing from sorting of sawn material, to the control system of log positioning on the band log frame. Automatic systems for log sorting lines
Today it’s difficult to imagine a modern sawmill with a monthly production program of several thousand cubic meters of sawn timber without log sorting line. These lines are the first part of the technological cycle of sawing, having regard to great need for metal and because of their large footprint, they require a big investment in their construction and maintenance. It’s convenient to add to the main functions of sorting line (acceptance of round timber from suppliers and preparation of raw material for cutting) the sorting based on differentiation of the butt part and the top part, and by that to exclude the log turner from the equipment of log supplying to the workshop.
