Our software is patented and successfully operate at hundreds of enterprises. The sawing optimization program SawsOptimization, developed by AVTOMATIKA-VEKTOR, is even studied by students of forest universities. VECTOR log scanners have already become the industry standard for measuring roundwood for accounting and have been included in the registers of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
We are not ready to rest and are constantly developing innovative solutions. For some of them there are no analogues in Russia. For example, in March 2020, we patented a new method for detecting lumber defects, which is used in our second-generation lumber quality scanner RuScan 2.0.
Over the years our company has implemented more than 200 projects on sawmill production automation not only in Russia, but also abroad. Our projects have proven themselves well in Belarus, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Bulgaria and other countries.
In 2019 and 2021 AVTOMATIKA-VEKTOR has become the Exporter of the Year among Electrical Equipment Manufacturers and Information Technology Developers.
We have a vast experience in development and implementation of the automated control systems for sawmill lines and log/board sorting lines from different manufacturers as well as in modernization of control system on used lines.
