Sawline Inspector: control of lumber geometry

Sawline Inspector is designed to control the lumber cross-section at the output of the multiple saw.

If the lumber dimensions deviate from the specified values, the system informs the sawmill line operator in real time about the need to eliminate the deviations.

The system includes:
- triangulation video modules (number of modules varies from 1 to 4 pcs.);
- incremental encoder;
- PC;
- software.

The program visualizes the monitoring process, notificates the operator, maintains an archive of measured lumber.
