Replacement of software at two areas of a sawmill

In Khabarovsk Krai, Avtomatika-Vektor replaced the software at two areas of a sawmill:

• a Springer log feed line with a Nicholson A8 debarker;

• a Hekotek waste removal line.

Visualization is implemented as a web interface.

The software has several advantages:

• multi-level access with the ability to edit user permissions to change parameters;
• a common screen displaying the location and status of all line sections, sensors, actuators, and electric drives;
• an archive/history of technological errors and operator actions.
