Avtomatika-Vektor made automation for a sawmill in Bobruisk, the Republic of Belarus.
A USNR sawmill line, for which our specialists developed and configured the control system, was successfully launched. The following work was completed as part of the project:
Industrial software for the raw material feed line with a Cambio 600 debarker, sawmill, and edger lines was developed and installed, thereby ensuring a unified control logic for all sawmill line areas.
Software for the 3D scanner for the sawmill line and edger line (both included in the equipment delivery) was developed and implemented.
A Saw Inspector lumber dimensional inspection scanner was supplied, installed, and configured, improving the accuracy of final product inspection.
Software for visualizing technological processes and cutting optimization was installed for all sections of the line. Operators receive a clear overview of production progress and recommendations for efficient raw material use.
Automated control system operating instructions were prepared and personnel training was conducted. The company's employees are now proficient with the new system and can independently manage processes.
Automated control system implementation allowed the sawmill line to achieve stable operation and increased production efficiency
A combined USNR lumber sorting line has also been commissioned. Our engineers and programmers developed specialized software for PCs and PLCs, as well as a web-based monitoring and manual control interface. A RuScan lumber quality scanner has been installed and launched.
The line became a part of the Sawmill Control system, which ensures lumber monitoring at every stage of production.
