The team of specialists from AVTOMATIKA-VEKTOR carried out the modernization of automation systems of several areas at Lesosibirsky LDK No. 1 (part of the Segezha Group holding) in Krasnoyarsk Krai.
As part of the modernization of the automatic control system for the sawmill line based on the HewSaw R200 machine with the LogIn 2R log turning device:
the Canadian-made Prologic scanner was replaced with the VECTOR-3D log measuring device, equipped with a frame;
CPU S7-300 was replaced with a modern S7-1500;
new PCs were installed;
software for the PC and PLC was developed;
installation, commissioning and personnel training were carried out.
As part of the modernization of the automatic control system for two Heinola green lumber sorting lines:
the old controller was replaced with S7-1500;
new PCs were installed;
software for the PC and PLC was developed;
at one of the lines frequency converters were replaced and software for electronic synchronization of conveyors from the controller was implemented.
RuScan was installed at the dry lumber sorting line to find board defects and optimize trimming.
