AVTOMATIKA-VEKTOR has modernized the control system of a combined lumber sorting line in the Kirov region.
Several areas got some new equipment at once:
a TongLoader-type device for piece-by-piece board feeding was installed;
a lumber moisture meter was installed;
a servo positioner with two electromechanical servo stops was installed;
a step feeder was installed before feeding boards to the stacking machine;
an automatic sticker stacker with 11 cassettes was installed;
a banding machine for stacks was installed.
For new areas, electrical cabinets were designed and assembled, the line control controller software was modified, and electrical installation and commissioning work was carried out.
