In February in the Minsk region of the Republic of Belarus AVTOMATIKA-VEKTOR supplied and commissioned a set of equipment for control system for a log sorting line with 14 bins.
During the work, the old round timber measurer was disassembled and replaced with our VECTOR-2D scanner, the log sorting line control system was set up.
Main functions of the system:
log type and quality assessment by the sorting operator using buttons on the operator's panel;
log geometric parameters measurement in two planes;
sorting logs into bins, kickers control;
sorting process visuization: display of all information about the line operation on the sorting operator's screen;
generation of reports on the line operation. They can be viewed and printed via usiual browser from any computer on the enterprise's local network.
