Dry lumber sorting modernization and RuScan installation

AVTOMATIKA=VEKTOR modernized the dry lumber sorting line in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug-Yugra. The controller was replaced, the I/O stations were partially replaced, and a RuScan lumber quality scanner and new software were installed.

The work included:

  • design,

  • installation of new equipment, adjustments to existing connections,

  • development of software for line automation,

  • development of a control and configuration interface,

  • electrical installation and commissioning,

  • development of an operating manual.
