Our programmers have prepared another MillLab update, where new functions have appeared, and the calculations have become even more accurate.
A calculation function taking into account the permissible wane has been added. This function allows you to get cutting parameters not only with the display of the clean face of the board, but also taking into account the presence of a small wane or slab part, if needed. You can calculate such settings both in "Sawing Optimization" and in the "Pattern Library". Boards with wane in the 3D model are marked with a separate color. In the 2D cutting model, the wane length is indicated separately next to the nominal length.
It is now possible to specify cleaning cuts for the equipment. This ensures a more accurate calculation of the sawdust volume, which directly affects the chip yield. A chip coefficient has also been added for correct calculation of the yield.
Based on user feedback, the information report on the pattern has been redesigned. Now the necessary parameters are displayed immediately after the calculation and are available for printing or downloading in a convenient format.
