Sawmill ACS modernization in Krasnoyarsk Krai

AVTOMATIKA-VEKTOR has completed the modernization of control systems for sawmill sections in Krasnoyarsk Krai:

  • the software for the Hekotek log feeding line, the HewSaw R250 sawmill line and the Hekotek combined lumber sorting line was replaced;

  • the VECTOR-3D log measuring device was installed in front of the R250 sawmill machine, the outdated positioning system on MOOG servo controllers was replaced with the easy-to-maintain ET200SP with our own software;

  • the outdated S7-300 controllers were replaced with S7-1500 in all areas of the plant.
