ACS for EWD line in Sverdlovsk Oblast

In September we have put into operation a control system for the EWD sawline based on the VECTOR-3D log scanner in Sverdlovsk Oblast.

Line specifications: feed 30-120 m/min, log diameter 10-50 cm.

During the work, a VECTOR-3D scanner was produced and mounted, technological line control software for Siemens Simatic PLC was implemented, and log sawing optimization software "SmartSaw" was installed.

Also, commissioning work was carried out to launch the line and training of the enterprise personnel in working with the control system was conducted.
